Beginning on the 3rd of June, Dois Corregos will host the 10th Macadamia Festival. Organised by one of our processors, Queen Nut Macadamia, alongside the Dois Corregos City Hall and Usina de Sonhos, the festival promises to be plenty of fun and entertainment for everyone.
The opening on the 3rd June at 7 pm was a mass done by Father Jose Antonio and also highlighted the opening of the newly renovated Oridio Mazerio Events Centre which was destroyed by strong winds in 2015. Following this will be days of free concerts, entertainment, an amusement park, and plenty of delicious food in the food court, including the star ingredient - the Macadamia.
